Who This Role Is For?
We welcome Massage Therapists at all stages of their career. Newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply We provide paid training, hands-on support, and a 90-day hourly guarantee while you build confidence and clientele. Experienced therapists will appreciate an environment that respects expertise, consistency, and high standards of care. This role is best suited for therapists who are professional, coachable, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
- Customize massage sessions using a variety of modalities.
- Provide up to 6 hours of high-quality massage per shift.
- Maintain professional guest communication and treatment notes.
- Work collaboratively in a respectful team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
