Copperfalls Spa & Salon is an education-forward Aveda Lifestyle Salon seeking a licensed, experienced stylist who values elevated craft, genuine connection, and a workplace rooted in respect and integrity.

This role is ideal for a stylist who is confident behind the chair, takes pride in the guest experience, and is looking for a salon home that supports long-term growth—professionally and personally.

Responsibilities: 
  • Deliver polished haircutting, color, and styling services
  • Create thoughtful, customized consultations and guest experiences
  • Build consistency through rebooking, retail knowledge, and follow-through
  • Maintain Aveda standards, sanitation, and service excellence
  • Collaborate with a supportive, professional team

Qualifications: 
  • Active cosmetology license required
  • Previous experience working behind the chair
  • Strong technical and consultation skills
  • Professional, dependable, and growth-minded
  • Passion for continued education and elevated service

Compensation & Benefits: 
  • Competitive commission-based compensation
  • Earning potential (commission + tips): approximately $50,000–$160,000 annually, based on schedule, productivity, and guest demand
